Annual TTC Team Outing to Phrae - December 2010While many of us were enjoying the "good life" at COT-2 last weekend our TTC Team (DTM Panomporn, CC Thanthip, ACB Thiyada, TM Prarttana) were spreading the good news about Toastmasters to our less fortunate fellow citizens in Phrae Province (800 kms from Bangkok). This annual event is designed to bring the Toastmasters experience to students in remote schools where even a chance to practice English is a rare event. Our Toastmasters Team reported an enthusiastic response from the attendees in Phrae, who clearly appreciated the chance to learn and participate in this "learning by doing" opportunity in both Thai and English. Milestone Meeting 500 - November 15 2010 ACB Thiyada & ACG Sakol (founder memers) were seen receiving the Award of Appreciation from the Charter President, TM Vasing, DTM Panomporn & ATM Kanitha were received the award from the founder member, ATMB Somsak, for their never-ending effort to support the club, introducing guests/visitors to the meeting and bringing in new members. IPP Yada received the President's Distinquished Club Award from Division T Governor ACG Sakol. |
Toastmaster of the Day, CC Anthony, led the audience smoothly with fun throughout the fun-filled programs. Table Topics Session was conducted under the theme "500" followed by the educational session conducted by Area T1 Governor, ACS Arnie was participated and enjoyed by all the audience. |

Last Monday Master Dhanat came to our Thai Airways Toastmasters Club ( TTC ) and today suprise that he called President Pranee that he wants to give us a speech on Monday 11 October at our Club, his title is "How to play beautiful music". |

I would like to tell you in brief about
his profile. Dhanat Plewtianyingthawee, the little 8 years old artist, has lots of fun and creativities. He is renowned in Thailand due to his special talent in art. He has painted over two thousand remarkable big and small abstracts. He has already had his first solo art exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand in April 2006. His paintings are now selling worldwide. CTM Syamol KhajadbhyeOne of the Founding Members of Thai Airways International Toastmasters Club
presented a 20 minute Education Session "How I benefit from Toastmasters".
CTM Syamol was invited to be the first Secretary of TTC, and she shared a few
"Secrets of her Success" with our audience of Toastmasters and Guests.
She told us "You don't have to excel in English to be a Toastmaster, it is more
important to learn to feel comfortable speaking in front of other people"
"Toastmasters drives the fear away, this is the place to enjoy speaking,
by learning to think and speak systematically"
President CC Pranee presented a token of appreciation to our Guest Speaker.
